Shipping and Delivery
VELLA CAMPBELL ships products Australia wide and internationally using Australia Post and contracted courier companies. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-10 business days depending on the delivery location.
Free Delivery and Returns for Australian Customers
For standard Australian deliveries, if you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you.
The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
For all returns, please contact us through the Contact page and we will organise postage within Australia.

We pride ourselves on our outstanding quality and we take care to quality control all garments before they leave our studio. Please inspect goods upon arrival.
You can choose between a refund or an exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise the return of the goods.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned garment.
Garments must be returned with label attached and unworn within 2 weeks (3 weeks international) from date of purchase.
We have displayed as accurately as possible the colours of the garments shown on this web site. The colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
